Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking at any time using the manage-booking link in your confirmation email, together with your booking reference.

Refunds are calculated from the date you cancel compared with your arrival date, as shown in the cancellation terms for the property at the time you booked. Any non-refundable portion shown at checkout is not returned.

Refunds are paid to the original payment method and can take 5 to 10 working days to appear, depending on your bank.

If we have to cancel your booking for any reason, we will refund you in full.
